I bought this to help me with my bad posture and lower back pain. Many of you probably are considering buying this because you have realized you have bad posture or want to keep your back straight when you lift heavy stuff. Throughout my life I didn't really care about my health but I started to change that mind set. I know people don't really worry about their back until it's too late. The material is durable, soft and very comfortable. I wear it 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon to get a total of 4 hours. This is helping with my lower back pain. I would highly recommend this over the one that only support upper back only.

Product is exactly as described in description. Well made. Stitching is well done, fabric is as described and seems very breathable! I am very much looking forward to trying this product out!
